Coe1.annauniv.edu - is the official web portal where students can check their internal assessment marks, periodical attendance, elective chosen & also results. Student profile is maintained individually here. Now,  Anna University has introduced new option in called as GRIEVANCE. 

Earlier, if the students faces any problem such as " name correction related issues, Migration Certification related issues, Provisional certificate related issues , grade sheet related issues etc. the Students should contact their own college exam cell and get the issues rectified. this took little time and process was tedious one. Hence, Students can now solve their own grievance by entering in the portal.

Before that, please read the article carefully before you proceed with it. students are requested to use this only if you have (below mentioned four problems) Grievances. otherwise you are not requested to use this option.

GRIEVANCE OPTION - Coe1.annauniv.edu

It handles with 4 main type such as 

• NAME CORRECTION
• GRADE SHEET
• PCCSM
• MIGRATION CERTIFICATE

Students who has any of the above mentioned grievance can only use this option to get rectified.

Type of Grievance

NAME CORRECTION:

Students can correct their names if there is found to be printed wrongly in their mark sheet, grade sheet issued to them. They can also send request through this option if there name (spelling) is wrong in the STUDENT PROFILE of the web portal.

GRADE SHEET

Students can correct their details corrected printed in the grade sheet issued to the student at the end of each semester. They can send request through this option if their is any grievance regarding their grade sheet/mark sheet.

PCCSM -PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE & CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF MARK SHEET

Students can also get corrected with the issues related to the PCCSM . If there is found to be any detail wrongly mentioned, they can send request through this option.

MIGRATION CERTIFICATE:

Students can also get corrected with the issues related to the Migration certification . If there is found to be any detail wrongly mentioned, they can send request through this option.
